The easiest place to buy a padel racket in the US is a padel specialist that ships from inside the country. Padel USA had the widest in-stock range of the shops we counted, Tennis Express ships free on orders over $50, and Padel Warehouse lets you try two rackets for a week before you buy. In South Florida, Casas Padel has stores at Dolphin Mall, Aventura Mall and Open Padel Club in Miramar. Most rackets cost $150 to $299: that band held 205 of the 331 in-stock rackets we counted at four US shops on October 28, 2026. Last updated: October 2026.

How to choose where to buy a padel racket in the US
Most US padel shops sell the same big brands at similar prices, so the shop matters more for what happens after you pay. Three questions sort them out.
- What do you pay with shipping? Free-shipping thresholds run from every order at USA Plays Padel to $99 at Padel USA, Casas Padel and Padelmarket USA.
- Can you send it back? Every shop below takes back unused rackets. Once you have played with one, a refund is unlikely, so the return window matters less than the condition rule.
- Can you try it first? Padel Warehouse runs a mail-order demo, Casas Padel has stores in South Florida, and many clubs rent rackets at the front desk.

1. Padel USA, best for the widest in-stock range
Of the four shops whose full racket lists we counted, Padel USA had the most in stock: 111 on October 28, 2026, from HEAD, Bullpadel, Babolat, Wilson, adidas, Osaka, NOX, Tecnifibre and Lacoste. Its in-stock prices ran from $98 for the Babolat Air Origin 2026 (marked down from $140) to $420 for the Babolat Viper Juan Lebron 3.1.
Shipping is free over $99. Orders ship within two business days, and standard delivery usually takes three to five business days after that. Returns must be started within 30 days of the ship date through its online return portal. A racket is returnable only if it is unused with the protective plastic intact. Padel USA provides the return label, and a $10 return or restocking fee may apply. It also advertises a best price guarantee.
Padel USA does not sell on Amazon. In a December 2024 post it gave its reasons, including counterfeit products on the marketplace and unauthorized sellers who can leave buyers without warranty cover. Read Padel USA’s post
Who it is for: anyone who wants the most choice from one US shop.
2. Tennis Express, best for a low free-shipping threshold
Tennis Express is a big tennis retailer with a padel section it calls Padel Express. On October 28, 2026 it had 87 padel rackets in stock, most from Babolat, HEAD and Wilson, from $63 for a junior racket to $800 for the Lamborghini BL.002 2026. Its product titles use both “padel racquet” and “padel paddle”, which shows how mixed US naming is.
Shipping is free on orders over $50 in the 48 contiguous states, for packages of up to 7 pounds, and most orders placed by 3 pm Central ship the same day. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. A free FedEx return label comes with orders over $50 if what you keep is still worth more than $50. Used items cannot be refunded, though Tennis Express says it may give partial store credit.
Who it is for: tennis players who already shop there, and anyone spending just over $50.
3. Padel Warehouse, best for trying before you buy
Padel Warehouse runs the only mail-order racket demo we found. You can borrow up to two demo rackets and keep them for up to a week after delivery. Each one needs a $150 deposit, refunded in full when the rackets come back, and the flat $25 shipping fee is not refunded. If you then buy a new racket, you get $25 off. Demos ship only within the contiguous US.
Its racket menu lists adidas, Babolat, Bullpadel, Dunlop, Gamma, HEAD, Lacoste, Tecnifibre and Wilson. Shipping is free on orders over $50 in the lower 48, and new, unworn items can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the invoice date, the longest window here, with a prepaid UPS label inside the lower 48.
Who it is for: players spending $250 or more who want to feel the weight and balance first. Padel Warehouse demo program
4. Casas Padel, best for buying in person in South Florida
Casas Padel sells online and in shops. Its site says it is open at Dolphin Mall in Miami, at Open Padel Club in Miramar and at Aventura Mall, with Sawgrass Mills Mall and a Wynwood walk-in store coming soon. Our Open Padel by Lasaigues listing says the club’s pro shop carries adidas rackets and accessories. On October 28, 2026 Casas Padel had 57 rackets in stock online, mostly HEAD, from $90 to $455.
Online orders ship free over $99. It takes one day to process an order and two to four business days to deliver, so Florida addresses get theirs sooner than California. You can also choose store pickup at checkout. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you change your mind, you pay the return postage.
Who it is for: Miami-area players who want to hold a racket before paying. See our Miami padel clubs for courts nearby.
5. Padelmarket USA, best for Bullpadel and cheaper rackets
Padelmarket USA says it ships from a US warehouse. Of its 76 in-stock rackets on October 28, 2026, 63 were Bullpadel, with a few from adidas, Siux and HEAD. It had more rackets under $150 than any other shop we counted (20), starting at $80 for the Bullpadel Flow Light 2023. It had the Bullpadel Vertex 05 2026 at $289, against $315.20 at Padel USA.
Shipping is free over $99, and standard delivery usually takes three to five business days after the order ships. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, items must be unused, and you pay the return postage unless the shop made a mistake. Its banner reads “Padel Market is now in the USA”, and it runs on its own site, separate from padelmarket.com.
Who it is for: Bullpadel fans and beginners on a budget.
6. USA Plays Padel, best for StarVie rackets
USA Plays Padel, based in Dallas, says it has been the official US distributor for StarVie since 2016. It also sells HEAD, adidas and Bullpadel. On October 28, 2026 it had the adidas Metalbone Carbon 2026 at $265, the lowest price we found for that racket.
Standard delivery is free on every order and takes one to three business days, and in-stock orders leave Dallas within 48 to 72 hours. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, items must be unused, you pay return postage, and there is no restocking fee.
Who it is for: StarVie players, and anyone who wants free shipping on a small order.
Amazon, Walmart and big-box sporting-goods stores
Amazon sells padel rackets from the major brands. On October 28, 2026 its results for “padel racket” included HEAD, NOX, Bullpadel, Babolat, Wilson and adidas models, mixed in with pickleball paddle sets and unbranded rackets. Check the seller name on the product page before you order. Padel USA warns that unauthorized marketplace sellers can leave buyers without warranty cover.
Walmart is harder. When we searched walmart.com for “padel racket”, it showed results for “paddle racket” instead: ping pong paddles, pickleball paddles and tennis rackets, with a couple of unbranded padel rackets among the first results.
We could not check Dick’s Sporting Goods or Academy Sports, because neither site would load for our checks, so we cannot say what they stock. Decathlon, a cheap option in Europe, showed no padel rackets on its US site. For now, a padel specialist or a club pro shop is the surer route.
Buying at a club pro shop
Many US padel clubs sell rackets on site, and several of those below also rent them, so you can play with a shape before you buy one. These clubs list a pro shop on their Padeli profiles. We have not checked what each shop has in stock, so call before you travel.
| Club | City | What the listing says |

Our guides to the best padel rackets for beginners and cheap padel rackets cover the cheaper end, and how to choose your first padel racket is the place to start if this is your first racket.
Same racket, different shop
Prices for the same racket were often identical across shops, and the gaps we did find were small.
| Racket | Padel USA | Tennis Express | Padel Warehouse | Casas Padel | Padelmarket USA | USA Plays Padel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HEAD Coello Pro 2026 | $374.95 | $374.95 | $374.95 | $374.95 | Not listed | $350.00 |
| adidas Metalbone Carbon 2026 | $274.50 | $274.50 | $305.00 | $305.00 | Not listed | $265.00 |
| adidas Metalbone 2026 | $409.50 | $409.50 | $455.00 | $455.00 | $455.00 | Out of stock |
Several of the lower prices were markdowns. Padel USA and Tennis Express both listed the Metalbone Carbon 2026 at $274.50, marked down from $305.00.
Last season’s model is the bigger saving
Buying last year’s version saves more than switching shops. On October 28, 2026 USA Plays Padel had the HEAD Coello Pro 25 at $290 and the Coello Pro 2026 at $350, and it had the adidas Metalbone HRD+ 2025 at $299 while the HRD+ 2026 was listed at $455.
Padel paddle, padel racquet or padel racket?
All three names mean the same thing. “Racket” is the usual word in padel, and Padeli uses it, but many Americans say “padel paddle”, and US shops use “padel racquet” too. Tennis Express titles mix “padel racquet” and “padel paddle” on the same page.
The trouble starts when a search engine or shop reads “paddle” as pickleball. A pickleball paddle is flat and rectangular, with no holes. A padel racket is round or teardrop-shaped, roughly 45 cm (about 18 inches) long, with a foam core and holes drilled through the face. Pickleball also uses a perforated plastic ball, while padel uses a pressurized ball close to a tennis ball. Our padel vs pickleball guide and padel vs tennis, pickleball and squash page cover the differences in full.
Two habits help. Search for “padel racket” rather than “paddle”, and check the photo for holes in the face before you pay. A listing that says “USAPA approved” is a pickleball paddle.
Buying from a shop outside the US
Some US players order from European padel shops. On June 24, 2026, US Customs and Border Protection made indefinite its suspension of the de minimis exemption for imports of $800 or less arriving by any route other than the international postal network. Those shipments now need a formal or informal customs entry, so a racket sent by courier from Europe can bring duties or fees on top of the price. Check the shop’s checkout for who pays before you order. Read the CBP rule
Sending a racket back to Europe also means international postage, so for most US players a US shop keeps things simpler. If you are buying in Britain, see our UK guide to where to buy padel rackets.
Where to buy padel rackets in the US FAQ
Where can I buy a padel racket in the US?
Online padel specialists ship across the country: Padel USA, Tennis Express, Padel Warehouse, Padelmarket USA, Casas Padel and USA Plays Padel. Casas Padel also has stores in South Florida, and many US padel clubs have a pro shop. Amazon sells big-brand rackets too, alongside third-party sellers.
How much does a padel racket cost in the US?
On October 28, 2026, 205 of the 331 in-stock rackets we counted at four US specialists cost $150 to $299. Entry rackets started at about $80 to $100, and pro models such as the HEAD Coello Pro 2026 cost $374.95 at three shops. Prices change, so check the shop page before you buy.
Is a padel paddle the same as a padel racket?
Yes. Padel paddle, padel racquet and padel racket all mean the same thing in the US, and shops use all three. A pickleball paddle is a different product: it is flat and rectangular with no holes, while a padel racket is round or teardrop-shaped with holes drilled through the face.
Can I try a padel racket before I buy?
Padel Warehouse runs a demo program: up to two rackets for up to a week, with a $150 refundable deposit per racket and a $25 shipping fee that is not refunded. Many club pro shops also rent rackets, which is a cheap way to try a shape before you buy.
Can I return a padel racket after playing with it?
Usually not for a full refund. Padel USA takes rackets back only if unused with the protective plastic intact, and Tennis Express, Padelmarket USA and USA Plays Padel all ask for unused items. Tennis Express says it may offer partial store credit for used items. Try a racket before you remove the film.
Should I buy a padel racket on Amazon?
You can, and on October 28, 2026 Amazon listed HEAD, NOX, Bullpadel, Babolat, Wilson and adidas rackets. Check who the seller is before you order. Padel USA says it stays off Amazon partly because of counterfeit products on the marketplace, and a racket from an unauthorized seller may not come with a brand warranty.
